Add The Playerheads Plugin For THE HEADS OF PLAYERS! :D

Hey, this is ooorrreee, I was just wondering... IF WE COULD GET THE PLAYERHEADS PLUGIN? The plugin adds heads of the players for fun! You can only get heads by pvp, or if your an admin "/playerheads spawn <ANY REAL PLAYER>" This plugin you can add a staff room and place heads for all the staff, the playerheads DO NOT make the server lag, BUT NPCS DO! From the NPC plugin. please reply NOOBCREW, and reply if you think this is a good idea .
