Issue With Rank Purchase

Hey to whom may be reading this, Please help my i have a major issue. Ok Last night (9-23-2015) Around 7:30 pm I bought a upgrade rank on Skyblock.net. The rank i purchased was 50 $ to 100 $, but strangely I did not get my Rank. So, what ive done so far was go on the sever in Minecraft, And ask a Moderator but, hey could not do much. Then today, ive spent almost an hour trying to submit a ticket. So to recap I bought a upgrade from the 50 dollar rank to the 100 dollar rank and did not receive what I purchased. Wrong section, this should be in the sub forum of help called Donor & Donation issues, but it's fine

Now, seeing as though it looks like you have your receipt for your transaction, you will have to get a hold of cyp for him to give you the rank.
Also when you purchase the rank, it does say you may have to wait up to 24 hours for your rank, if you haven't already.
I suggest you sit tight and wait for the man himself, Cyp, to see this and deal with it.

My rank took 10 hours to apply, just wait a little longer

 

Oh yes. Noobcrew once stated, wait 24 hours before asking for help.

 

well its been alot longer than 10 hours

 

Try waiting a bit longer, if your rank still hasn't arrived within 48 hours, I suggest contacting Cyp. Usually Ranks won't take 2 days but who knows.
