I personally don't believe this is enough evidence seeing as you couldn't just died on purpose 5 minutes after you 'died and lost your items', just to make out you had proof

 

you can ask joey and the rest of the people that were there i even told them i had just died and one of them asked me if i had evidence, also ive been using a dia pickaxe almost from the reset, now im using an iron

 

I'm not saying I don't believe you, all I'm saying is that I personally don't think that the evidence you've supplied is reliable

I also agree, there isn't really much information in either of the screenies provided. The first is, what looks to be a very old screenie since Rabid hasn't been on (so far as Ive seen) for at least a good month or two and the second is just an empty inventory with clag in the background. Neither of these, for me at least, are "good" enough to give a 'staff issued' refund. Id probably just end up refunding personally whenever I could.

Speaking of refunding whenever I could, Ill be going through my horded voter keys at some point today to hopefully get a diamond pickaxe. If I do get one, Ill leave a chest on you island if its unlocked. However, if I don't, you'll just have to wait a while unless another mod/player would be nice enough to give them one of theirs.
