Hello there, unfortunatly due to the fact i am at unviversity now.I do not have any time in which i can keep consistantly playing on minecraft and skyblock. I come on maybe once a month now. I currently have a $50 donation and i am wondering if i could recieve it back not only because i do not play much any more but also because i need as much money in my savings as i can get for my future. I do apologize a lot but it is a last resort as i need some money rather desperatly. My username in game is Hirbet
A donation is a donation, You don't donate to a charity, and then ask for your money back, do you now?
It's not possible If you have donated you have donated. It was your decision to donate. Now, You donated to help the server right? Well that's good you can keep people playing with this community. I'm sorry You cannot get your money back. ;c
Don't encourage someone charging back, it's more to it then charging back. You're taking money back, that you donated, when you donate you agree to the terms, and if you charge back it becomes a legal term.
Your donation has been used to support the server. Under the terms and conditions that you AGREED to it says "All sales are final and non refundable, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back." Therefore you are not getting your money back at all. It is unfortunate that you need the funds but $50 isn't going to get you far. You should have thought about the repercussions before you spent the money. Since what you are asking is illegal on this server, i will close this thread.
