Nope. Cyp is the Admin and until he chooses to handle the appeal no one can override that decision other than Crew. You can try to contact Crew or you can wait. Those are the 2 options.

No krissy said that she can ask Cyp if she can take over the appeal. Mods cannot take over the appeal of a ingame admin without permission

This is your last chance, don't be a delinquent and take my word for granted. In my honest opinion disrespect shouldn't fall under a permanent ban, but three months for an appeal is slightly ridiculous and it was annoying me by sitting here. I see you break one rule, whether it's swearing or something equally minor and I'll just ban you. I mean it when I say you're on thin ice. I have a lot of credence that you will behave, but only time will tell.

Cypriot said ages ago that I can take his bans, just not for Chargebacks. He never revoked it and I'm sure if he has an issue with my decision he will tell me and I'll learn from the future, but as far as I'm aware I still have permission to handle his appeals if I wish.

 

I'm not aware of such an arrangement but I'll take your word for it till Cyp is back.
