[EU] JulianCruzA Moderator Application <3

Hey peps, before I start, I thank you all for taking the time to read this and in advance for your honest comments and opinions.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)

I have been banned and it was within a week or so of joining the game, more or less 2 years ago.
This is a very interesting story (not really) but one from which I learned a few things and I think would be helpful to those new to the server.
I like im sure many of you, was bored one day and googled : best minecraft servers, I found a few and after a few minutes of research, I came upon .net. I tried it and I loved it, but obviously neither I or my younger brother new the rules, to us, it was a "get stuff how ever you can and make the best island ever". Long story short my brother griefed and we got banned.
Things I and you can learn from this:

• Look after your account. No matter who breaks the rule, its your account, your responsability
• This is a 800 - 1000 people server, its not all about you and you need to respect others.
• Rules are there for a reason, and you wont get away with breaking them

I apologized and after a few weeks I got unbanned, as I said even though it wasnt me, it was my account so I took responsibility, payes the price and learnt from my mistake. Hope you can learn from mine, instead of making one yourself.

Why do you think you should be a mod?

Before we start with this, I want to tell you a bit about myself. I have been a loyal member of this community for quite a bit now, I loved this server like my second family during some time, so much that I applied for mod, and served this amazing group of people for a few months. Sadly irl duties took over the server, which lead to my demotion. Nontheless here I am, ready to help again.

I believe I should be a mod for the following reason.
Maturity: We as human being hit the level of maturity at different ages, I am not 17 years old and will soon be turning 18. I live in a Country where I can legally drink and drive, and I believe age limits like this are placed to society because for most people it is at this age where maturity is reached. As a mod I would follow the rules like they are stated, I will not mod abuse and I will treat everyone equally.

Social level: I believe being a moderator is not just about watching out for people to break rules so you can ban them, but its more about being there whenever its possible to help others. I am currently doing a school course called the IB diploma, where one of my higher level lessons is English, and this has opened me and my communication levels to another extreme, where I know cant spend more than 2 hours without talking to someone. I believe I can help anyone for whatever reason they need help, not only that I am open to getting to know people and making friends.

Experience: As I stated before, I was a mod not to long ago, which gave me a wider prespective of this moderating world, and I can tell you for sure, its not what people think. I was lucky enough to experience being a moderator before which allowed me to learn so much on how to be responsable and commited. Not only in .net but I have also worked in irl bussiness and shops which have thought me the importance of rules.

Patience: I have a smaller brother, and lets be honest, thats never an easy thing to deal with sometimes, but one thing I am sure of is that I have learnt soo much from him, including how to be pacient. As a mod I will be there to help you and to asnwer your question, and if you dont get them, I promess I will explain you again until you do.

Problem Solver: This is a tricky one because there is only so much a moderator can do for you, we too have rules to follow and therefor cant magically make diamonds appear in your island. Nontheless I promess you I will do my best to solve your problems to the best of my ability and as fast as I can.

Respect & Equality: I am lucky now to be a 100 donor, but I once too was a greeny, struggling to make a cobble generator to make dc's that I could sell for 1 diamond, I too have spent days killing cown and pigs for food so I wouldnt die and loose my iron armour, I have begged for people to god enchant my stone pick. I actually spent more or less a whole year as a non donor and I know that its not as easy as being one, which is why even though I will be there for everyone, I admire green beans c: and I will specially be there to help them succeed and enjoy this server as much as possible.

Kindness and friendship: I hope some of you readin this right now, know me from before, cause one of the best things about this server has been having the chance to meet all those amazing people that I can now call friends, and that is the one thing that has pushed me once more into wanting to be a mod, forcing myself to make more amazing friendships with people that share with me the love for this server.

How long can you be active on the server every day?
Im going to be honest, my school keeps me very bussy and I dont want to be promising things I cant do, and yes, I might not be able to spend as many hours online as others, but its all about the quality of the moderating, and how much you can get done while you are at it.
Mondays-Fridays
2/3 hours a day
Weekends
4/5 hours a day

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes I was a to Tmod and then a Mod.

I will add onto this later on but I really want to hear what you have to say.

I would like to support this, but are you just thinking about right now, or the future? What happens when the summer is over? I think you'd be a great mod, just a little bit faster at typing (don't take offense to that >_<)

Hey Lemonade thanks for being the first comment!! In the opposite, durin this summer I can be online for up to 5 hours a day, weekdays and weekends , those times are the ones during school, and I will work on my typing just for you (btw would never take offence of a constructive critisms)

Thanks for the support and to answer your question there are a few reasonsbut the main one is that I miss it. You as a non mod can help the server but just to an extend, and I miss being able to help as much as a mod can help.

I 100% agree with you, and If Im honest I was going to wait a month or so before appliyin, but 1) I feel Im ready, and second, the server is in great need of mods :/ as many as possible so I thought I would apply now and not waste time. Nontheless, I will try my best to show you commitment.

Color and Bolding have Nothing to do with how a person can do their job. Making an App Pretty doesn't mean you have any more of a chance than someone who Simply puts down what is required and actually Can do the job they are applying for.
