Greetings, This is a suggestion of bringing back /setwarp. We had it in the past and I believe it could be brought back again. Some people don't like /visit because they only want it at part of their island. Just an idea to prevent private warps on other islands: Maybe someone could make it where we can't make it on other peoples islands. Please leave suggestions below.
Support! Idk why /setwarp was removed. It was perfectly fine! Although I think it may have been death spawns-and-such.
It was removed because people placed warps at private place on others islands. That's why I suggested our wonderful dev made something where we can only make warps on our island
No support, I have learned to work with /visit, and in this case many people can do it, and there is less of an issue with the whole death warps or traps. /visit is a simple command that everyone gets access to. If you want a shop, build it near your spawn, and use signs to show others the direction, and what not. I know why you want /setwarp back, and I understand, talking donor to donor here, but /visit is enough, and /setwarp is no longer needed.
If it's possible to have /setwarp be available only on people's own islands, then support. Otherwise, as much as I miss warps, I don't think they're necessary.
Full support! This is great because I have an island that's really nice with TONS of animals that I do t want killed but I still want to have my shop open so a setwarp would be wonderful for my shop.
Okay hi survy. Im sorry I have to not support. Everyday I would hear complaints about people losing items to death warps. I heard reports of inapropiate warps set many places that werent deleted. Places set to the donorshop (Scratch that we dont have a donor shop). And they kind've filled the server and I kinda like /visit cause it gave me the feeling to work hard on my actual island to make people enjoy the island instead of only the warp. My opinion though.
I have an idea. No /setwarp but you can change the coordinates of where people spawn on your island when they do /visit. Either that or /setwarp only on your island.
