I just wanna talk.

There are countless of times she's offended players, it's sad that she got banned, really, because you'd think that she'd change. She's told people to kill themselves, called them d***s or b****es. She's told people f*** you, and honestly just has made the server unpleasant. Don't get me wrong, Stel can be a nice person, but she strives for attention is the way I see it. Moderators were scared to stand up to Stel, in fear of being demoted. She's done many things to this community. She's been Toxic to players. At times she gets banned, or just before she gets banned, she'll lash out on people, and all she has to really say is "Try me, Cyp will just unban me." She has donated so much money to the server, and I respect that, but you do not come onto a server donate hundreds of dollars, and expect to break every single rule and get away with it. It's common logic.
With the moderators Sleepy, I really see your point, and I know what you're thinking, and I know what you mean. The point is moderators are just truly fed up with all of the drama either involving her or caused by her, and I can honestly agree with them. It's gotten to the point, where Stel really did have just about total control over the staff team.
She hasn't been a good impression on people, nor has she been a good role model. Non-donors, or younger people on the server, they see how she acted, and they either think it's okay to act like that, or they think that the mods don't do their job. You can agree with this, or disagree with this, but it's the cold hard truth. Stel had her ban coming to her, all she's done is cause or involve herself in drama, that's really the final verdict. :\

 

If I had a server and someone donated as much money as she did I'd let her break petty rules like cussing.

 

I'm not disagreeing with her ban, as I've said before I don't know the whole story evidently, but with regards to the staff team being scared, they really need to step up to the plate.

If someone breaks a rule, you ban them.
That's it.
Done.
No personal grudges and whatnot.

As for the toxic part, she's only toxic if you let her be. Just don't view her as such a criminal and she won't be. She'll just be another banned player.

 

I've seen moderators cuss constantly. That rule is really not a big deal on the server except when applied to people mods don't like.

It's like the legalization of marijuana in certain US states. It's technically still illegal under federal law, but they permit it up until the point they don't want to anymore, at which point everyone has to oblige.

 

Like I said, I know what you mean, it was really unprofessional of the staff to do that but like I said, they were probably just fed up with it all.

That's still no excuse. Just because something tough comes up when they're moderator doesn't mean they have to be like this. They signed up to be mod through the hardships.

 

... which is technically illegal, under the new EULA...

I am sure this was a group decision, but I will let the mods speak from here on out, because of course I am not them.

 

Og never knew exactly how much power he had. He never had the balls to tell a mod the shut up and get off his thread. He always used Cyp as his shield.

And with that player, she scammed over 1000 dias. And openly admitted to griefing others.

And staff don't really have a choice. If they can't ban the player (or at least think they can't) then their first instinct is to complain about it.

 

Hey at least this server doesn't just have an unban pass you can buy. She would never stay banned for any amount of time then lol. Well these servers technically don't have one. I know A few people have been unbanned from literally just buying something on the shop.

 

I honestly have absolutely NO CLUE how someone falls for that....... o.e

Not true. Especially not on a public ban appeal. Maybe in the staff section if they can't hold it in or to bring it up to the rest for another opinion, but not on something I can legally see. *waits for ban appeals/reports archives to be invisible too*

 

I think the trade was 1500 dias for donor250 upgrade. Larry was watching and he was recording Larry wasn't fast enough to get the dias back.

I see no point arguing over a player when the staff will handle it eventually. I'm out

 

Not going to insult Larry in particular, because I know most staff do this, but c'mon, just ban on the spot, with a likely denied appeal. What happened to that?

It's coming back, don't know when bit it will be back. The diamonds are still on the account, which sucks too. I also took screenshots of that because the messages between someone and Stel, was me.

 

this ban was a long time coming, it wasnt just the recent things. just this time, noone wants to tolerate it.
theres more to it than just that report lol

what happened before her forums got banned was a bit much though.
most of you saw it, and what she tried to do in retaliation

 

So I've heard... I just don't like that the breaking point came from staff insults.

 

I'm not apart of FindMe's report, He just told me to give my opinion and my opinion has been like this before this event even happened, but as I said in the report, I'm not going to be apart of the reports involving her. I've never bad mouth Stel, and if I have; its to her face. Stel and I have a great relationship, theres no reason why I would have to bad mouth her.

I respect your decision to not comment, though. Evidently many people don't want to comment on her ether ;P

 

I understand your position, but it is much better to be safer than sorry when it comes to banning players and appeals. Especially when it could even go so far as to lead to a demotion.
