I've heard of some people saying they've been killed in skin comps with trapdoors where you die. But how do you die on someone else's island? I thought you couldn't take damage on anyone else's island?
They can /trust people even if said players are teleported or visiting. To prevent any further damage, /warp to a public place (ie. /warp spawn, donor, skybase, etc.) as you cannot be killed in those areas. If it's fire IMMEDIATELY GO TO HOME OR SOME OTHER PLACE WITH A NEARBY WATER SOURCE. If you are on the verge of dying WARP TO HOME SO YOU CAN REGATHER YOUR ITEMS WHEN YOU SPAWN. Those are the two rules I live by, normally I still keep water by my spawn so that I can extinguish fires if necessary. ~Hope this helps! Josh
Spawn takes damage now if you warp there while falling. I would do /is or /home if you have a pot of water at your island. I'm not sure about the other warps though.
Same happened with me, I'm not too sure if this is allowed, but in my hack client there's a hack called "NoFall" with basically negatates fall damage. But yeah, buy some ice, break it at your spawn at your island, when about to die do /home or /is. It will help you against falling and burning.
Spawn is the only odd one out. It will give you falling damage no matter the hight if you are falling. I think if you warp there even from a small distance it kills you due to the distance of the teleport. I dunno, something to that effect anyway.
Yeah i heard that too. If something happens like that please report it to the forums so it won't happen anymore .
Yea at some skin competitions they have a way of eliminating people with trapdoors which basically tosses them into the void XD I suggest keeping water on your spawn block because when you go home without one 50/50 for me you will die.
No idea. Some players are quite young and don't understand the concept of plug-in's, they think you take damage everywhere!
These skin comps are illegal, if you're being dropped into lava for skin comps, report the player with evidence.
^This. Is something that everyone without /god should learn to do instinctively. Good rule of thumb, kiddos.
