This thread was created before my demotion on Teamspeak. This thread isn't to target findMe. It's to come clean of my actions. I think it's silly that you'd think I'd make this just to target you. It's an amnesty. If you do not know what that means, here.

Jennie It is not me targeting anyone, I am coming clean for my actions, for my wrong doings. The kik messages, and everything else is irrelevant to this amnesty, since this amnesty was made before all of this went down. I am a former mod, that doesn't mean I have to enforce the rules at all. It means I just have to still follow them. I asked only 1 moderator to keep an eye on Chris, as that was the only opportunity I had. As the moderator leak that to FindMe, and ruined what little trust I had for that individual. As I will say this once more, it is an amnesty, it isn't a report.



As for Chris, lying will get you absolutely no where, and it's ridiculous, as I watch you continue to lie.

So Chris, you did not receive any dirt from me what so ever?

True, this is an amnesty, but it also involves another player who may have to suffer consequences.
Therefore, we're trying to get the entire story.
Dew, you have submitted evidence in the form of chat logs, which can be edited and faked. You've also posted conversations in which you stated that he asked you to trade dirt, but those are just claims. You don't have any actual screenshots of him asking you to illegal trade in chat?
You said that up until fairly recently he asked you for dirt or sand, when you had already decided to stop doing illegal trades with him. Why didn't you screenshot those messages from him?

The first few times we traded dirt, we had our conversations on Teamspeak. He wanted to trade the dirt with me, and as I've been warned that he's been trying to get me banned. That is what had changed my mind. I don't like feeling that pressure on me. I had the conversation with him, and out of my habit, I didn't screenshot it. That was my mistake on my part.
We did do the trade, many of times, and if you take a look at the time, on the kik messages, and look at the messages, between FindMe and I, the time is close to each other. My demotion took place sometime around the afternoon. For I had been moderator on Teamspeak even after Gemma had received her promotion, you messaged me at 12:52 pm I created this thread at 4:43 am.

 

Didn't notice it was in hidden content till I refreshed my page, that's a bug.

 

Er. Dew. You and Findme are in different timezones are you not?

 

He is 3 hours ahead of me. 4 am here, would be 7 am for him. He was pointing out the time, that he seen off of the thread.

Lets be real, the time doesn't matter. You can't back it up neither can I. The situation is that you're lying, and I know, sometimes you feel that the need is to lie, but this is an amnesty. It's time to tell the truth, and hopefully be forgiven for our actions, but right now, this thread will go no where. I know once you tell a lie, it's hard to come back with the truth, because sometimes the truth is hard to say, and I hope you can man up and tell the truth.

 

I know that this is not my amnesty report to deal with but this seems more of you both going back and forth against your previous points, please only post if you got new evidence to support your post or any necessary information.

We've seen all the evidence you both have, no point in arguing back and forth when you'll never agree.
At this point I'm just waiting for some more opinions, I have mine settled.
