Which server were you on? Because we just got a new moderator today. We have recently been adding more to the staff team.

    Yes,
I myself, would help out people when I could, but I am not a moderator on .org because right now I'm fairly busy with personal reasons and can only handle .net for the time being.

We don't need more mods. We need mods that are active around the clock. It's like the popular phrase, "quality, not quantity", or something like that. .Org needs quality mods that are active around the clock, not a lot of mods that are all active around the same time.

Agreed, but you can't be a quality mod all day every day. Mods have lives too. We have to eat, sleep, and go to school/work just like normal players. :)

In the end, everyone will get busy at some point or another.

If we can't get to you guys, we're probably busy with someone else. We do try our best to help and respond to everyone, but sometimes it's hard with 300 players online.

We need .org only mods. ._. They'd be less likely to get on .net if they were only mod on .org.

Crew wants his mods globalized, it's much easier to do everything.

I am on .org most of the time, but I can tell you, there's nothing to do.
No griefers, less players, all I do is kick some spammers, check the PvP and remove some death warps.

Yes I also this .org isn't in much need for a new Mod.
We need more active mods on .net...
There are many more noobs on .net than on .org, they keep asking how to invite friends, how to make new islands...
Yesterday I've seen 4 people getting griefed (me to) without a Mod helping.
Later on Pyonas got on and she saved me :)

I also agree with mbnuss, I never get any attention from the mods :/ it's only a few of them that are just fooling around...

Matilda explained this to me a while ago, it may seem like they fool around, but they are getting alot of messages, and reply to those. We don't have socialspy, we don't know what's going on.

Well the thing is, They get socialspy, they have regular chat, and they get alot of messages, they can easily miss a few messages when they're not fully paying attention to the chat.

I understand how you're feeling. But I want you all to know, we do not ignore people in need of help or assisting. That's just not how we roll.

We are most likely busy, we do try our hardest get to everyone.

I remember JeffCiv (I believe it was him) made a post about how we don't ignore players and even though you feel like that, that's not the case. He also said something about how you have to remember you are not the only person who needs help at that time, because there are many other players.

I don't know about the rest of the mods, but I work in a line. I help the first person who gets to me and work my way down in order. At least, I try too.

Don't feel like a bother. If you need help, ask for help. Don't spam us but give us a friendly reminder and just let us know that you are still in need of help. When people message me, I always try to tell them, "one moment, I'm with someone else right now." You aren't a bother, it's our job to help you.

I used to write down the names of people who needed help and I will soon start that again because sometimes I forget people's names.
