NA Layla's T-Mod Application [.Net]

Intro:
Hello all Skyblock members, I am once again applying for the second time. The reason being to that is because my last application had very immature writing in it, and I have decided to delete that application because I would like to see new replies on my newly formed application. Also, keep it mind that I do have some words in here from other applications that I own, so I did not what so ever steal words from anyones application, you may validate that with me. Further on here's my application.,

What is your in game name?:
My current username is Kahdis but I have many past names. |Auroric||AuroricShadow||LaylaLovesGaming| |xXLayla_GamesXx| |LaylaLovesCandy|. I am nicked as Winterbloom.

What timezone are you in?:
California is my location, my timezone is Pacific Timezone. Next year I am maybe moving to Asia, which means my timezone would change to UTC. Along with that, I will be setting the prefix to USA for now.

What languages do you speak?:
My main language is English, but I can speak a bit of Japanese.

Have you ever been banned?:
I have used a hacked client called "metro". I have used rapid jump and fast bow which lead me to a temp-ban. However I now know not to use them. It doesn't seem like I have learnt my lesson, but I can inform you that I have.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?:
I am currently a Helper on a server called Minehour, and an administrator on a server called CityScapeNetwork. I am slowly learning the strong qualifications a staff member should have. I can say that I would be overwhelmed with moderating 3 servers, but I doubt it because I enjoy moderating communities that I've grown in.


Why should I be moderator:
Most description will take place here.

Expressing the server in an amazing way is my top-priority. I want to make a good example for the server so that everyone who joins will have a fabulous time. I am fully dedicated to help any server in need of assistance.

As well as befitting the staff team in a good way. I will take myself and combine it with the other staff to create a better working staff team, every single one of us can help, even though the staff team right now is doing a great job. I am open to brand new ideas, I would love to hear what everyone has to say, it might benefit all of us!

I take my chances, with what I already have, and use it for the best. Time on this server is amazing, I want to spend every second with it. I am determined to try my best to keep this server as best as it can, so everyone can enjoy and everyone old and young can seek the glory of this server, such as the community.

Active on the server/forums:
If your in my timezone, you will likely see me online, as for another timezone we might see each other in some other parts of the day. I will come online and spend most of my time interacting with people, or helping people figure out some answers. For the forums, I have plenty of time to be on my device, so I will be seen most of the time, possibly.

I can't claim that these accurate times, surprises can come out of no where.

Helpful:
If I actually turn out helping someone, it'll either make me proud or accomplished giving me this awesome feeling that will stick with me for a while, making me want to help more, as I enjoy it. With a little hard work and dedication, you will be surprised at what you can do.

Mature:
Over the course of years, I've been working on being mature because as you know it is important both in game and in real life. I learned that maturity can accomplish more things in life such as getting a job. There might be times when you might get immature, that time is your time. Many times in the past I have did many regretful things, I can never get over about how immature I was, what was I thinking? I was probably thinking about candy.

Fast typer:
Typing is one of the skills that I am pretty decent at, I want to get to a person as fast as I can. An emergency is to be taken care of immediately.

Serious:
Usually I will be having fun with my friends, which I enjoy, but it's if I don't see anything bad in chat or get any messages. If you would like me to be serious for certain tasks, indeed I will do.

Trustworthy:
Trust is a big part of being connected with each other, and trusting each other with whatever you are doing. It'll take some time for you to let me have your trust, but it'll get to the point in where you can trust me to do certain activities or tasks.

Respectful:
I will respect everyone as they (the people) tell me what's wrong, as I respectfully listen. Precious valuables owned by the player shall be untouched by me as wished.

Problem solver:
As this server is growing, that means I will have to learn to solve problems quicker and quicker, more efficiently, and more understandable.

Fast learner:
What I mean by this kind of learn is like, learning the commands. I believe learning or memorizing a subject or sentence is important when it comes to an emergency.

Approachable:
I am generally the type that loves to be introduced to all players. Interacting with everyone is a pretty fun thing for me to do. On other servers, I've seen that players are scared to communicate to more experienced players, though they can be extremely loving and caring.

Outro:
