Shoutbox for forums.

Shoutbox is basically a chat that can be used to communicate on forums globally. I know a xenforo forums that uses this. Let me know what you guys think about it.

 

We can just use convos. I get that it's global, but it's really not needed.

Support. Although shout box can be quite the place for spam and other malicious actions. Staff members would have to be on alert and maybe even our admins could implement a staff rank that is solely there to moderate the chat box. Don't take me too seriously. Just a little suggestion.

 

Shoutboxes are ideal opportunity for spambots to advertise and as other people said users could be disrespectful and racist in them, plus I don't think they are needed. No support.

 

I'm okay with this. I kind of miss being able to talk to everybody when not at a computer.

I think I support... If I'm right..

But what I want is a mobile thing similar to teamspeak, just free.

 

Which is why we have moderators. Only active member and above will have access to the shout box, and we find out that a player breaks a rule set for it, they will lose the privilege temporarily.
