Yes, I have been banned once for Illegal Trading.

I have been temp-banned a few times for console glitches such as flying, etc.
I have gotten kicked once for promoting spam.
I have never been muted.

• Why do you think you should be a mod •
I think I should be one of the many Skyblock Moderators is because I love to prove to people that I am responsible and willing to be there when needed. I put in all my work and effort into a task that needs to be done. Even though responsibility is one of the main keys of being a moderator, it doesn’t just require responsibility, as it also requires maturity.

Maturity is a big part in this because you can’t just fool around. Sure, you can still have fun with your friends, but when it comes to the point of moderating a big group of people, you need to be there ready.

I want to be a role model to other players. I want them to know that I am trustworthy, helpful, and kind. If someone told me I was their role model, it would make my day. I always want to be the person guided to and the one everyone enjoys talking to. I don’t want to be the moderator that ignores a question or comment someone says. I would want to be involved.

I want to point in that I will always tend to problems and be there to help. I will do everything in my power to give everyone the best time they deserve. I would value my position and enforce the rules, but be friendly at the same time.

I love to help out people when they don’t understand something or need help with a command, etc. I want to help in this server, I want to be involved with the server, and I want to be the most helpful person on the server. That is the best way to spend time.

I don’t really care about my power. Of course I will not abuse my power, but what I mean by that is I don’t want mod for the commands and power over everyone else. I would use my commands as help when needed and not abuse. I don’t want to be famous or popular because I am a mod. I want people to see that I am a mod so they can trust me and know that I can be there to help.

• My Qualities •
Unbiased:
I am very fair. I don't judge someone if I don't think something is cool or nice.​

Organized:
I like being organized. When I am not organized I start to panic and sweat.

Active:
I am really active. I am on almost everyday for a bit of hours. On the weekends, if I am not busy, I am normally on for a while.

Experienced:
I have staff experience and experience with many plugins and commands.

Prioritized:
Normally I get things done immediately so it is over with and I can move on.

Quick Learner:
I learn things pretty fast. If I don’t know something I am curious to know everything about it.

Trustworthy:
I think I am a well-trusted person. I honestly don't know how people feel about me, but I think that I am a very-well trusted person.

Patient:
I normally don’t get that impatient. I am known to be chill, I guess…

Simple:
I like things to be simple and not so complex.

I agree with TaliaMuffin. Currently 0% support. Also in the beginning you said you tried to keep the app as short as possible. You do not need to do that. Make it as long as you want. See some of the other people's apps.
