Staff Review Thread (Admins Included)

I'm only going to comment on Skyblock.net mods/tmods, since I don't go onto Skyblock.org too often anymore.

krissy- You're one of my most beloved mods. You truely show care and concern for the server and it's players, and you're excelent at dealing with complicated situations. You're pretty active too, so that just about sums it up. You're a great mod. c:

blaq- From what I've seen, you aren't the most active mod. You definitely come online more than some other mods, but that may be something you want to improve on. However, I'm not sure what your situation is in real life, so there may be a reasonable explanation for inactivity. Other than that, I think you're a great mod. I mostly agree with your decisions, and you often take the mature route.

ChibiBerry- I saw you online frequently when you first obtained the moderator position, but it's declined since then. Again, it may have to do with something going on irl, but this is just something you can improve on in the future. I don't remember any specific times where I've disagreed with your decisions, and I hope it stays that way. You're doing a good job so far. Keep it up. c:

Darkstar- You're mod goals tbh. You've really earned my respect as a moderator and a person in general. I'd like if you were online more often, but it's understandable if you have a valid reason why you don't get on as often as before. Also ihy because you banned when I was a nub, but forgive and forget

Demon_Angel12- I remember when you got promoted. I was soooo happy for you. I always thought you were a great mod, but I haven't really seen you online in a long time. What happened? ;-; Other than inactivity, you're great at judging each situation you're put through. Good luck!
Fintan238- I'm not sure what to say for you. I don't recall seeing you on more than twice, maybe. But I understand you're a reletively new tmod. I hope you don't take the position for granted, and that you improve over time. Good luck.

Gxshiee- Eh, honestly I was a little butt-hurt when you first got mod because I had never really seen you online helping others. But since then, you've definitely improved. I hope you can be more active sooner then later. I'm sure you have great potential to moderate. Hope to see you online soon.

Jennie- You're another one of those mods that have amazing potential, but I don't exactly see you giving your full effort. I hope you work on your activity, too. Regardless, you have a good sense of judgement, too. Keep it up!

Kerahna- I have a butt-load of respect for you, and I've always thought of you to be an excelent mod. Hope to see you online soon.

larrythebird101- Great moderator, and friend. I honestly don't think I have any negative things for you to improve on.
MAQWERD- When I saw that you had applied, I was thrilled. I really thought you'd do an amazing job. But so far, I haven't seen you on too often, and when I do, you're either AFK or only helping for a couple minutes. I really hope you work on putting more effort into this beloved server. Hope you can do it!

Moonlight_Pixels- Long story short, great mod; inactive mod. Please work on being more active! That's all I think you need to improve on.

Moopuff- I don't think I have anything negative to say. You're a great moderator, and person. Keep it up.

NIH301- Yet another well-respected mod of mine. Hope you can get online more often. That's all.

Purplevillager1- Honestly I think you deserve full mod very soon. You have great potential. c:

RobloxianRoblox- Tbh, you're my favorite moderator. You're so mature, well-mannered in-game, and active. Great job

Snoopy117- I've said this a lot to other mods already, so basically you're great at moderating, but you're inactive. Activity is the only thing you would need to work on imo.

SugarCane- You've done a good job so far. Within good time, I hope you get full mod. Good luck.

Tl;dr-
Most of the mods have great potential, but inactivity is a problem. Imo, around 11 of the mods could improve on their activity. Hope you all can!

This is a feedback thread, you should be applying genuine feedback, the good and bad not a heart.

My feelings are hurt.

 

I probably have no say in this mostly because I dont go on much but work on your dam chemistry. There is so much drama that goes on. Be more mature in your postings. Try not to be a corrupt mod. When I was a mod, there was so many bad things going on in the background but I never told anyone because I didnt want to be a "snitch". Other than that dont stress. Remember this isn't a "job" you're volunteering so no need to stress out. Be happy that you were chosen for your position. At the end of the day you could just think about how many people you made happy

As a friend you're awesome. As a mod, I hardly see you helping anyone. When I moderated you didn't kick or hardly mute anyone. I seen you ban maybe 1 or 2 people when I had banned quite a few. I am not saying you're not doing your job, but you hardly look like you're moderating. Your active, but I don't see you. That is the thing.

You're an awesome guy, but your activity is poor. You hardly respond to appeals quickly and you're hardly online. Recently I have seen you get a bit more active, so keep going at it.

You're a good mod. You do your job, just not all the time. I see you chatting around and using the excuse "I wanna still be able to play". When It was you and I online I can say I seen you more fooling around rather then moderating. It doesn't matter if you still want to play net, if someone is in need of help you need to help them no matter what. It's what you're there for.

We have always clashed and what not, but I will be honest, you can be a good moderator, but I've never seen you ban someone in game and I hardly see you on net, but on org you're active and I give your props for that at least.

Activity seems to be a huge thing here, and it's not something I have to announce, because you already know. I cannot really do much of org, but I will do org later on in the future once I've seen them all. Sorry if you took offence to this, it is just my opinion and if you don't like it then maybe you should improve.
