I'm sure you don't make the rules. Please show me where it states that "Steam game/Console game trading is legal"

Trading any item on the server for anything outside of it, as long as it has monetary value is deemed illegal. I have dealt with multiple instances of this on other servers, and the result is the same- the trader is punished. It is not healthy for the server to have people like you on it. It's nothing personal, and I have nothing against you, but how would you like it if I made money off of something you designed to help yourself?

    Skyblock:

No more selling/buying items for REAL MONEY. If you're selling/buying items for real money your thread will be immediately closed & deleted. If you continue to still buy/sell you will be temporarily banned for 24 hours on forums and in-game.

    Mineverse:

Selling virtual items for real money currency is not allowed. However, you may buy donor ranks for virtual items.

So, as you can see PayPal/Starbucks/Game/Steam Virtual credit isn't allowed. However you can purchase others games such as CSGO for others on steam.

I know this because I helped to enforce the mineverse RWT rule (IRL Trading Rule).

These are the rules which prohibit what you are doing. Some of them are unwritten, and I will explain after:
    1. Do not share personal information with anyone. This includes but is not limited to: IP addresses, Minecraft Account(s), Email accounts, and Skype profiles.
    2. Rule 15: Use Common Sense
      Offence Level: Variable

There are a number of things that fall under this rule. If it's illegal in the real world (country/international laws, breaking Mojang ToS/EULA) then it falls under this rule. If you think that it may be wrong, but it doesn't quite fall under any of the other rules, it may qualify here.

      Examples:
Threatening DDoS/DoS/DoX attacks on players/server. Ban evading using alternate accounts. Hacking players accounts. Attempting to sell in game items/accounts (or currency for .org) for out of game currency (of any kind). Attempting to contact young children for nefarious reasons (pedophilia).
I mentioned the first rule because trading like this involves many different forms of identification.

The second one is the main reason why this is illegal. You are breaking the actual Mojang Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement. In it, states that you may not profit off of the program. This includes trading items inside of the game for anything with monetary value outside of it. It is illegal because the program can be manipulated, as in the spawning in of items illegitimately. It results in infinite currency, and eventually fraud, which is an actual real-life felony. It is theft, and it is not taken lightly.

Before you go on again about how in the rules it only states that you may not trade in-game items for real money, you are wrong. Do not forget that this is a secondary program, as in the server runs off of Minecraft/Mojang itself, which means it has it's own rules, also. They apply to any and all servers which use their product.

Please think before you post. Things like this can ruin servers, and it is definitely not cool. You're basically saying "Please ban me." Would you like that?

    1.) Don't need any ID

    2.) No.

3.) I have been banned for this before, I know the rules that have been set for me to follow.

Now it's clear to me that you're just openly denying the fact that it's illegal... codes and anything used to identify a product are treated as ID's. If you don't think my second reason is serious, then keep doing what you're doing and be banned. Lastly, if you know it's illegal ( because you've been banned before ) why the hell are you still doing it?
