Stopping Mod App Spam

I'm not sure if you guys have this thread but if not the title explains it all. This is a suggestion of stopping Mod App Spams. Enjoy

Problem :
The problem is that people are spamming the Moderator section when they are New Members. This annoys people very much including me which is quite disturbing. Many people join at the same day and decide to make a mod app when they don't know anything going on the forums.

Solution:
There can be a section that shows you can't make a mod app until your Active member. Some of you may think someone very active in-game just joined forums. This doesn't apply as not knowing the system going on here on the forums at the moment. This gives the player an advantage of knowing what is going on while knowing the community more better then they actually know it.

No support. I believe that new people have as much right as experienced ones to make a moderator application. People who are active in-game are more than qualified to make a moderator application even if they just joined the forums.

The forums aren't a hard thing to get the hang of and people should not have to wait to make a moderator application. It just seems unfair on those potentially good moderators who cannot make an application simply because they're not an active member.

Sorry. It just seems unnecessary.

 

No support, you should be able to have an application no matter what.

You Make an application for the server, the forums is something that it comes along with.

everyone CAN make a mod app
but sometimes... not everyone should.
i can understand applying, but when its like 99% of the community?
BUT, that is why we support or no support, to widdle it down to the ones we think are best for the server. and then the admins decide on that.

ALSO, there is over 80 pages of it, at least archive some of them. bring it down to the more recent 30 or something.

 

No support. Everyone should be allowed to apply for mod. Sure there is a bit of spam, but it's easy to ignore it. They will probably not get moderator so the app will just go back on to the back pages anyway. And I know that larrythebird101 made a forums account for the purpose of making an app so she obviously was a new member then, and look at her now.
