I don't go on the server In the day time. I go online at night because there are less mods in that timezone, so come online at 1-10 am and you may see me x3. I do admit I have been inactive due to sickness (Check status for details )

The truth is some of your opinions on different staff members I agree with, but Ive seen some I strongly disagree with as well.

Darkstar: Great mod when you were active a year ago. You seem to have drifted off a bit but I know that you have extremely hard classes and I understand that school is more important. Just work on getting on when you have some time to spare.

keeper_of_flame: Keeper, you are a very good mod and I remember when the whole org staff team wanted you as a tmod! Very nice and sociable. Good to talk to. I know your schedule is annoying and makes it so that your main time online is at night.

I particularly like that you have had the most consistent activity and passion for moderating of anyone on the team. I mostly think the way you can improve is by challenging yourself. You constantly think outside the box, you alway jump into situations in a more educated manor and tries to be fair considering the amount of pressure it must be having that trust in you that you will deal with things right. But in all fairness, you are stubborn... and sometime in a not so good way. Improving on that may be hard because im equally as stubborn. But im going to put that out there as the "bad"

ChibiBerry : Although you are new I have a few things i have picked up. You are active and try to get involved in things, server matters and all. You are generally friendly and the people are picking up on that. Hes the not so good part. You are more interested in what your bf is doing over moderating sometimes and that distracts you. Sometimes I want to tell you to tone it down a little because it makes chat a little uncomfortable. I feel that you also are not pushing yourself too much at all. I want to see you take charge and prove that you are a good mod.

CypriotMerks : I know you may not read this at all but you are staff so... You are the face of skyblock no doubt. You are active and friendly and are the light of the server when you come online. Im pretty sure all of us love our admin (at least most of us...). What i can say as the "bad" is, some of the issues that need fixing are minor and would take a few minutes or less per task. Sometimes I wish you would get to them faster or not leave loose ends. But you know, your a busy guy running a great server, helping crew run his awesome servers and you do a great job.

But as I said you have kinda gotten lost in the background. You are not pushing yourself at all, you rarely contribute to the most important matters and almost have no opinion. You don't need to stand out, but you need you come forward and make sure we know what your say is. No one will bite your head off for it but part of being a mod will sometimes mean you are placed in a difficult situation and you will need to contribute your opinion.

Even if its not how it it, you really look like you have lost dedication for your position and I think you need to work on that. No matter whats going on, holding that title of mod means you moderate.

Jellu : Its hard to give opinion on org moderators, purely because on the server there is not as much intense issues that are thrown at you. But, jellu, I have seen some of what you do. I think that you do well in your position. I have seen you moderate the forums. Sometimes I think you forget you are a mod on the forums and fail to correct issues. I think sometimes you need to trust yourself more. If anything I believe that you have potential to be one of the best mods if you can increase your maturity.

Jennie : I almost have nothing bad to say. You are one of the best full mods right now. After being inactive you came back and kept being active. I notice that in game you tend to randomly drift off sometimes. I notice that you also sometimes forget to check the forums thoroughly for things that relate to you. I think that sometimes you also focus on peoples opinions of you which holds you back from sharing how you really are thinking, so try and work out a way to not care so much so we can see a very tough and awesome Jennie.

keeper_of_flame : I think you are a great mod. One day i can see you as smod. You are one of the most unbias mods on the team with a lot of maturity towards moderating. You are caring and compassionate and patient. What I could say is you have to have more faith that what you are doing is right. Seeking approval is fine but sometimes you really need to trust your judgement especially in something that will be high profile or dramatic. You have this way of looking at situations that are perfect for this kind of thing, so dont be afraid you use it.

Kerahna : I think you have really made a name for yourself on this server. A really great mod indeed whos always supportive of new staff and willing to help old staff too. Of course your profession makes it difficult to be active and that ok, but I think its time to compensate for the lack of server time for more forum moderating. Krissy_ : I am not going to sing my own praises. I got this far, I do what I do and whatever. I know sometimes I can be inconsistent when it comes to things like mood which is not affecting whether im fair or not, but rather reflects the type of tone i use. Sometimes I try to look for approval and sometimes im pretty lazy. I get distracted a bit too especially when im the only mod on. I have been afking a lot recently and that is mainly because i was supposed to be on a complete break from the server but as i found out there was no one on to help my timezone and I felt obliged to get on.

larrythebird101 : Good mod, mature and hard working and still fairly dedicated. Forum activity is one of the best. I think you sometimes you stick to where you are needed which is fine. But dont forget your roots. I feel sometimes you get too off topic in discussions, you do not elaborate when you support things and join in on something that is against the forum rules rather than stopping it. I also notice that in certain situations, especially net things you dont look at the bigger picture and take most issues at face value. Try to look further into situations. Because you have the quantity (bans, reports solved etc) but the quality isnt always there.

When you were active you were helpful and fair, and you communicated with the chat, which showed that you are friendly. You know your stuff. I think you are smod material but you got to really push yourself to get there. More work, more effort and make up for lost time.

SourceForums : doing great so far, showing that you are fair, mature and honest. You have an opinion, you put it forward and contribute. What I am most worried is that you have this naivety that really becomes concerning if you are put in a tough situation that requires knowledge from past events. I would recommend looking through old threads around the forums to better understand the server.

Zambiana : Great org mod, active as needed, its been great seeing you on net more. Great work as a forum admin again, that position fits you like a glove. Pretty much a personal role model for me, now going to elaborate. You have the right balance with communicating and moderating. You tend to get distracted a little which makes it look like you are not wanting to help out. I guess working on setting afk before going on to something else. Not much else really.

Classic me wrote too much but I wanted everyone to at least get more than 1 sentence if I could manage it. Peace.

You constantly think outside the box, you alway jump into situations in a more educated manor and tries to be fair considering the amount of pressure it must be having that trust in you that you will deal with things right. But in all fairness, you are stubborn... and sometime in a not so good way. Improving on that may be hard because im equally as stubborn. But im going to put that out there as the "bad"

ChibiBerry : Although you are new I have a few things i have picked up. You are active and try to get involved in things, server matters and all. You are generally friendly and the people are picking up on that. Hes the not so good part. You are more interested in what your bf is doing over moderating sometimes and that distracts you. Sometimes I want to tell you to tone it down a little because it makes chat a little uncomfortable. I feel that you also are not pushing yourself too much at all. I want to see you take charge and prove that you are a good mod.

CypriotMerks : I know you may not read this at all but you are staff so... You are the face of skyblock no doubt. You are active and friendly and are the light of the server when you come online. Im pretty sure all of us love our admin (at least most of us...). What i can say as the "bad" is, some of the issues that need fixing are minor and would take a few minutes or less per task. Sometimes I wish you would get to them faster or not leave loose ends. But you know, your a busy guy running a great server, helping crew run his awesome servers and you do a great job.

You don't need to stand out, but you need you come forward and make sure we know what your say is. No one will bite your head off for it but part of being a mod will sometimes mean you are placed in a difficult situation and you will need to contribute your opinion.

Jellu : Its hard to give opinion on org moderators, purely because on the server there is not as much intense issues that are thrown at you. But, jellu, I have seen some of what you do. I think that you do well in your position. I have seen you moderate the forums. Sometimes I think you forget you are a mod on the forums and fail to correct issues. I think sometimes you need to trust yourself more. If anything I believe that you have potential to be one of the best mods if you can increase your maturity.

Jennie : I almost have nothing bad to say. You are one of the best full mods right now. After being inactive you came back and kept being active. I notice that in game you tend to randomly drift off sometimes. I notice that you also sometimes forget to check the forums thoroughly for things that relate to you. I think that sometimes you also focus on peoples opinions of you which holds you back from sharing how you really are thinking, so try and work out a way to not care so much so we can see a very tough and awesome Jennie.

You are caring and compassionate and patient. What I could say is you have to have more faith that what you are doing is right. Seeking approval is fine but sometimes you really need to trust your judgement especially in something that will be high profile or dramatic. You have this way of looking at situations that are perfect for this kind of thing, so dont be afraid you use it.

Krissy_ : I am not going to sing my own praises. I got this far, I do what I do and whatever. I know sometimes I can be inconsistent when it comes to things like mood which is not affecting whether im fair or not, but rather reflects the type of tone i use. Sometimes I try to look for approval and sometimes im pretty lazy. I get distracted a bit too especially when im the only mod on. I have been afking a lot recently and that is mainly because i was supposed to be on a complete break from the server but as i found out there was no one on to help my timezone and I felt obliged to get on.
