Staff Review Thread (Admins Included)

Can I just gently remind everyone

I wanted to make it mandatory that anyone commenting here about any staff member MUST list1 good thing and 1 bad thing (at least), otherwise we go back to the situation where Mods are getting praise and have no idea how to improve. Also, make sure to give a reason behind your comments, whether they be positive or negative. This is critical since it:
1) Gives staff a concrete basis from which to improve
2) Allows everyone to judge the basis for your comments
Eg. "You're inactive" can be very subjective, but "You're inactive because you only log in for 2 minutes per month" is alot more informative and allows staff to improve in a specific area. "You're inactive because you log in only 22 out of 24hrs a day" allows others to judge for themselves whether or not your comment is valid.

Remember, 1 good thing and 1 bad thing at least each.
Back up your comments (good or bad) with reasons.

Alright here's mine. It's very short and simple. If you're offended then too bad, learn to handle criticism.

AmazingGraceGirl - Very active, mature, and one of the friendliest moderators. Wouldn't mind seeing you as an SMod in the near future.

AndrewD360 - Never seen you moderate, only seen you online once. If you're not going to be active again just resign.

blaq - Overall a great moderator who knows what to do.

Cheshire_Roxas - Even though you just were promoted I think you're doing good. Active in chat and very friendly, just don't be too hard on yourself.

CypriotMerks - Great admin. I understand you have a lot on your shoulders trying to deal with 6 of the servers alone as the only admin. Maybe try looking at the donor issues section a little more often, there's a bunch of threads needed to be dealt with there. Also maybe try replying a little more on the forums.

Darkstar - I know you're inactive for important reasons, but a good moderator when you're online.

Demon_Angel12 - Very mature for your age. Overall a good moderator. Haven't seen you much online but that's probably because of timezones.

Dewmellon - Very active and a good moderator. But honestly you need to balance your moderating and sleep. The lack of sleep is going to wear you down.

EnderDragon47 - Good moderator. Haven't seen you online really for a good amount of time, improving your activity would be best.

Furyion - Great moderator when you were active. I respect your service, I hope you stay safe and see you online again soon.

ipodcourt12 - Good moderator who is mature. I understand your reasons for being inactive and hope they resolve soon.

jellybelly124 - Active, and a good moderator. Try working on your maturity, also you need to develop a thick skin. You let people get to you easily and that's going to affect your moderating a lot. I've seen great moderators resign from multiple networks of servers because they didn't have a thick skin and people just kept getting to them.

JulianCruzA - Good moderator. Maybe try working on your activity a little bit.

KatoKillsMyGPA - Knows what to do. I know you're kinda inactive but you're a great moderator when you're online.

keeper_of_flame - I understand why you've been inactive for awhile. But besides that you're a great moderator and probably one of the friendliest. Maybe once you're active again wouldn't mind seeing you as a SMod in the future.

Kerahna - Probably the one of the best moderators out of them all. Active, friendly, and very mature. Knows what to do.

krissy_punk - Very active on net. Promotion to SMod was deserved.

Lycel-Chan - Good moderator. Active and mature.

Moonlight_Pixels - Good moderator. I understand you run a server but maybe try improving your activity a little.

Moopuff - Great moderator. Very mature and active.

NIH301 - Great moderator when you were active. Hope to see you active again sometime soon. Unsure whether you're still having internet issues or not.

Noobcrew - You never reply on the forums. Honestly you should get to know your community better and communicate with your players. You really should promote more admins for each server and the forums. Cypriot alone trying to deal with 6 servers is a huge work load which shouldn't be done alone. One for Forums, Org, Net, Mineverse, and maybe Skywars would be best. I understand the lack of trust after much abuse but you've never really tried gaining some back. If you talked to your players/moderators more maybe you would take more things into consideration being added to the servers.

pc1008831 - Good moderator. Maybe try improving your activity a little bit.

PeinRii - Great moderator when you're online. Hope to see you active again in the near future.

RobloxianRoblox - Active and overall a good moderator.

SakuraWolf13 - Even though you were just promoted you're going good. Very mature, friendly, and very active. Try moderating the forums more.

Shiningnova06 - Active and friendly. Overall a good moderator. Maybe try moderating a little more on the forums.

SirStealYourGirl - Good moderator. Though you've been mostly inactive for awhile, maybe try improving your activity

Slifkin - Very mature for your age. Active and overall a good moderator.

Snoopy117 - I understand why you've been inactive for awhile. A good moderator when you're online. Hope to see you active again sometime soon.

SourceForums - Very mature and active. Been doing great so far from what I've seen.

SuperCoolio1000 - Even though you were just promoted I think you're doing good. Active and friendly. Try moderating the forums more.

Supermonkey000 - Active, mature, and friendly. Overall a good moderator. I think you should contact Cyp about the forums problems if you're still having them.

Taylor1211 - Active, mature, and friendly. Good moderator but maybe try moderating the forums a little more.

UngodAlmight - Great moderator when you're online. Unsure whether the reason you're inactive still stands or not.

UpsettedFizz - Same thing I said for Steal.

Zambiana - Great moderator. I like your style of moderating. Knows what to do and not afraid to speak your mind. If there was a forums admin I'd like seeing you in that position.

All the org t nubs are really great and I'd love to see Grace and Kepper getting promoted. Also Souls was such a good mod on org I think he should reapply or whatever just be on more... a lot more

I will only give opinions about the mods I know. I wouldn't want to give a false statement on mods I don't know without knowing them.

Slifkin - One of the best mods there are. You're very mature for your age. I see you online a lot and helping.

krissy_punk - I remember seeing you as a Tmod around the time I first joined .net. We are in completely different timezones and yet I still see you online so much xD However, I don't see you helping that much in chat - that's the only negative thing I have to say about you.

Dewmellon - I've spoken to you a few times on Teamspeak before. You're a very nice, friendly person, and you're approachable too. I also see you online quite a lot in-game.

Moopuff - You're friendly and mature. We're in the same timezones but I don't see you that much in-game. Besides that, you're very active on the forums

I really love your style of moderating and how you don't bring your emotions upon everyone just a few idk but you are one of the best org mods ever if not the best I want you to be s mud but that seems stressful and stress leads to resigning but yes you are a great mod and I hope this made sense.
