This is Buycraft related I believe. Have you ever chargedback anything you have gotten from a Buycraft website?
It is buycraft related, and i doubt its a chargeback, I used slightly different information that when I bought fly and 10 donor. Hopefully this get sorted for you, and if so I will try my luck.
This is the reason why Noobcrew should promote another admin. So Cypriot wouldn't have to deal with the things all by himself. This hasn't been fixed yet nor has my donor rank from old Hellblock been transferred to MV Hellblock. I haven't even seen Noobcrew working that much while I was a moderator so where is he? Working on the server? Being a lazy s***? Cypriot, if you're reading this, please, fix this asap unless another admin would be promoted. (Most likely will not) That's all I wanted to say.
So buycraft itself, does not have records that your a 10 donor, so it won't allow you to go from 10 to 25. Cypriot can add you manually onto buy craft, that you are a 10 donor. also
