[Titian83] GoD Books [Dewmellon/Blaq] [Denied]

    I didn't have logs on them. I have no logs on them? And you have a screenshot of someone claiming they got a book from me with no proof it was me. So could it not be someone that didn't know they were illegal and were trying to ban evade?

    So can I get another mods opinion as to if this is a fair ban or not. Considering she found the GoD books she was looking for. I had no logs attached to them. The logs she claims that are of the GoD books but are really rule books. And a screenshot of someone holding a god book that has no logs going back to me other then someone claiming it was me but could be trying to ban evade.

    It's easy for you to claim they were rule books but that pattern of chest access just doesn't match. Not only were they stored in a chest with a bunch of valuables, you were seen storing huge numbers of mob drops in a chest that indicate you were using a god book. Then we have the ones that were found on an island you were on, and players testimony saying you gave them out. These are all things that point to a high likelihood that you had and were using God books, while there is nothing suggesting that the chest logs were cheap rulebook other than your own claims.

    I believe dew and cyp have good reason to keep you banned based on all of the evidence presented.

    Yea I'm a skygod I can spawn in chickens and then kill them. It isn't difficult to end up getting a large amount of drops

    Sorry titian but blind freddy can see you used a god book. As a skygod you can spawn in 2 chickens at a time generally. And from each chicken you would get a couple of feathers. So the abnormally large amount of mob drops indicated use of the god book. Now as for enber...
    He is a new player. He has no reason to lie. He isn't in trouble for having the god book because he actually owned up to it because he knew over enchanted items are illegal to own/use/have.
    There are a lot of people who now have come forward. I had a message myself from a player saying that you were using the book to create server lag, and bragging on teamspeak.
    You are generally an honest player but why you choose to go down this path is beyond me. These books will only bring trouble so you need to start talking and telling us everything, or your fate is pretty much sealed.

    As cyp told dew he said to keep me banned until she found the books. She found the books so should I not be unbanned? And if those rule books were god books it says I removed them so there should be logs of me putting the rules books elsewhere or something

    That's where the problem lies... There is no log of you putting them anywhere so the most logical line of reasoning now is that you dropped them to other accounts or other players. Those books have yet to be found.

    So we need to reclaim those missing books from your alts and accounts that you gave them too. You are remaining banned as dew found books, but not all.

    She hasn't found all? How do you know. And also all of my stuff I believe is on revveh's island. I don't know of any other place I have stuff. So you can so there and break the locks look in them. Just please reprivate them and add me to them after you look in them. There are written books in there. You can see but the are text codes, trade deals etc.

    If there is a three day inactivity until appeals are rejected shouldnt it also be three days of no response from mods until auto accepted
