Trading Issues

My IGN is VulcanDelta and I made a trade with Fates_Way in the trading room at skybase. He traded me a double chest full of cobblestone and I gave him 10 grass blocks in exchange. He claims I never put the grass blocks in the chest, but I did. I swear I even saw him take them out. But at the same time, I feel bad that he might have lost out on a trade. So I am making this help request/appeal to get him his 10 grass blocks assuming he didn't get them. Thanks for the quick response in advance.

 

If you can provide a screenshot of which room you traded in, moderators can log it & possibly make an official refund.

But since it's just 10 grass, I'll personally refund if I see him/her in-game.

There are also people using invisibility potions inside the trade rooms, or relogging in to the trading room constantly. Block glitching is also indeed a problem. :/

Why not make the back of the trading room 2 blocks thick so there wouldn't be a block glitching problem

 

That would consume too much space & just won't look good in general.

 

I personally have a lot of grass blocks and i understand how it feels when this happens so if you guys play on .net i would be more than happy to refund him the grass
