I have been banned

hi i was on sky block today and i got 4 warning because me and my friend were on my island and we were lauging and joking by doing caps on the messanger for some reson i was playing and all i said in caps was HEY THATS MY WOOD LOL! and then i got banned from the server how do i get back on?

 

What was the message?

Lycel-Chan banned them for advertising. I made a report on him.
