Did he answer the application questions? YES Does he help at all when he is online? Dunno, i dont play much. But lets imagine he does. Give me 1 good reason to say he needs more detail in his app. Do you want his life story? Do you want him to write you an essay about why he should be mod? Even so, the best persuasive essays are the short ones that get straight to the point. Quit the whole needs more detail crap and give legitimate reasons.
