{PETITION} We Need A Shorter Waiting Period Between Posts!

Have you ever tried to do something like play "Count To 50 Before a Staff Member Posts"?
It's hard, isn't it?
Mainly because you have to wait around 25 between each post! (Or 30, I'm not positive...)
Another common problem caused by this is when you post something, then someone else posts something, and you really want to reply quickly, but you can't.

Let's shorten the wait time!


To play devil's advocate, there is also the worry of spam being caused by this. If people don't have to wait between posts, what's to stop them from doing exactly what they do on the server? This would allow spammers to come on and post messages every second!

15 seconds isnt very long lol.
Some sites has 30-45 sec floodcheck so the forums dont get swamped in spam

 

5 seconds

Its fine the way it is as it prevents spam. It is annoying on the "Count to 50..." Threads

It's fine the way it is. People might abuse it, it's to prevent people from spamming the forums and it's doing a good job of it. No support

 

I go for 5 seconds. This is because if we get swamped in spam, moderators. If you need to "recruit" some forum moderators, so it will be. It can be really annoying when you're trying to respond to profile posts or reporting spambots to be honest.

 

I feel like 10 seconds is a good wait time xP

Moderators have to wait as long as we do for that forum game too.

But it'd go much faster if we didn't have to wait so long xP
