    I do have it, what you'd need to do is if you're a donor 250 you'd buy another upgrade from 100-250 package, make sure you get EVIDENCE of the purchase but I don't recommend doing it without Cyp himself being online.

    Tannen got his through Skype, and I believe that's how Cissa got 400 too. Either Skype or what dew said above :)
