    • Server name (.net / .org ): Net~
    • In-game name: Shadowdragon8798
    • Did you read the rules ? Of course I did.
    • Why do YOU think you were banned? Illegal items.
    • Was this an incorrect ban? I really don't even know.
    • Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Yes three times:
    • 1. Griefing 2. Griefing a Mod 3. Nick abuse
Why do you think you should be unbanned? I actually think this is quite stupid really. I had an "illegal item" a bow to be exact with enchants that are higher than vanilla max enchants. But I got that bow from a public warp, /warp mob to be clear. There was a villager that actually let you buy these items... They sold: leather chest plates with Protection X and Bows with Power/Punch V and Infinity X. I got this item from a public villager trade that Cyp made himself. I'm not even the only person who has these lol. When that villager first came out everyone had those bows and chestplates lol. This is honestly a Incorrect ban because Cyp brought that stuff into the economy himself and I'm not even the only one who owns these items. I couldn't even take a guess to how many players have these "over enchanted" items. If anything I want CypriotMerks opinion on this because I have owned that bow for the entire time since that trade was made. So I really don't know what to do at this point.

Not if they were brought into the server by Cyp himself. Even when they were illegal he still brought them in lol. Over 1,000 players own those two items and yet I'm still getting banned for it. Quite funny. And it's not like I haven't broadcast-ed bad stuff before lol. I do it all the time.

No offense to you or any other "new mods" but they don't understand that some really illegal stuff was sold back in the day, and players still own those items. I mean come on. There were villager trades for stone monsters eggs and gravel. But these new mods don't know that and ban the players for owning them (like we see right here) I know you are trying to do your jobs and I'm happy for that but in thought of it; we kinda have perms to own these items.

You said in the global chat you had an illegal item, expect them to think it's illegal.
Over-enchanted items over vanilla's enchants are illegal.

The argument about the item being put into the economy prior to it becoming illegal is complete nonsense to hide behind, as people were banned for ores until they were confiscated.
Illegal item bans are hardly enough to keep someone banned, but enough to have the item confiscated and the ban to last a few days, especially with what you said.

All in all, doubt you'd stay banned, but you defo did not need to say that in the global chat.
Item will end up confiscated, as it's illegal now. So gg.

And there goes your chances of being unbanned based off of just an illegal item, enjoy the rest of the appeal.

This has gotten way out of hand. I've had this item in my possession for over five freaking months and I get banned now. This is honestly stupid and has no real intention at all. This ban never should have happened nor should it have even been a big deal over. If you want to ban me for owning a bow with enchantments that won't even hurt anything at all, then you don't even know. Try paying attention to the donors that trade bedrock/sponge and all this illegal garbage they do every single day. This is ridiculous. Back in my day Admins dropped ores and illegal items you don't even know existed in this community. I can't even believe I appealed for something so, so stupid and pathetic. You can destroy the bow for all I care. Not like its even worth anything nor important to me. CypriotMerks you made this trade public for these *cough* "illegal items" so maybe you should be here and dealing with this "Ban".

I don't get angry "sometimes" I'm actually quite upset with the fact I'm banned five months after the fact I had that item the whole time.

It's the fact that Cyp made it a "public trade" at /warp mob, while the stupid "enchantment rule" still existed.

I still feel like it would be fair if you could just take the item and destroy it then unban me.

The enchantment rule was added around the time of the massive GoD book incident. You knew what the consequences of owning illegal to own items and I'm pretty sure you knew it was against the rules. I understand it was made a public trade god knows how long ago but that isn't an excuse, you knew you had it, you knew it was illegal but you broadcast it to the server, the ban was brought upon yourself.

Do you have anymore illegal to own items as your island?

No I do not. That bow was the only "illegal" item I owned.
