I got griefed And they cant roll it back Because Of logs help

    2014-09-20_12.31.01.png I hate allot of stuff and i paid for allot of stuff I want my island fixed or i want my money back its not my fault for u guys not having the logs and enderdragon isn't helping very wel

    Enderdragon cannot do much if there are no logs. The island have so be manually fixed by you unfortunately. No logs means rollback (or act of reversing the block changes the griefer made) cannot be achieved. Mods cannot refund without proof either. Try posting pictures of what your island looked like before the grief and that acts as proof for a mod to help rebuild. Otherwise nothing can be done.
    Saying that enderdragon isnt helping well is not right. It is the plugin and databases fault not the mods fault.

    Do what I said. Either find proof for a refund for a mod, or you can take it up with the admins about the plugin.
    And FYI I think you ruined your chances of some nice people in the community helping you rebuild with such language and hostility.
    You will not get any "money back" and the only way, as I said, for refund is proof of what you lost.

    Acting like this will surely not get your issue fixed. Without proof of owning the items, there is nothing we can do. This isn't because we don't want to help, because we do. It's a rule that we don't refund items without proof of owning them. Disrespecting us because we are doing out job doesn't make sense.

    Also, if you are talking about donor status, there are no refunds. It's a donation, not payment. Sorry.
