Clag Technical Issues: A method for fixing them

Lately I've been hearing a lot of complaints about this "clag" function that wipes server entities.

I read this report and watched the vid:

My very simple idea is that we issue a server announcement which warns users of an entity wipe, prior to it happening. That way they will be able to avoid losing their most precious items.

I have been advised by Noobcrew that CLAG no longer picks up items. It does, most likely, still pick up item frames and such entities. So, at least you won't have to worry about trading anymore.

 

Since this suggestion was technically accepted, I will close this to prevent further conversation/ spam.
