First off I know this is going to get so much hate so instead of leaving a negative just leave a disagree ok so I think it should be a rule in order to apply for moderator you have to be 13+ I know that there are a ton of players under 13 could make excellent moderators and there have been some, but this will just filter the moderators making it a better experience and no excuse for immaturity
    Thanks for reading

    No point.
If someone isn't mature enough for moderator, they won't get it.
Cyp can pick who he chooses, no matter the age, and he won't choose someone who is too immature for mod anyway, might as well let them make an application.

Its a bit unfair since one of the youngest Mod is 11 and she's one of the most mature Mods I've known. (Or Ex-Mod in this case ;-; Sala...) No support, my dear.

No. This is excluding younger players. We've had a 9 year old moderator before and he was a good moderator. There's some younger players who would be great mods who are more mature than some teenagers I've seen. If they're not mature enough, they won't get mod. Simple.

Age doesn't calculate maturity, you could be 20 and have the mind of a child, "trolling"(harassing) players and "joking around"(Abusing), so really I don't think age should count for anything, there have/still will be some great Moderators that aren't quite at that age limit, for example, I interviewed somebody for a position on my server, they were "17"(claimed to be), he googled all of his answers, and the next day I interviewed an 11 year old, passed, no google, got 90% of the questions dead on. No support.

There is a reason to why some mods get demoted for immaturity. Everyone has a right to prove themselves. No matter what age. I know you have said "I know that there are a ton of players under 13 could make excellent moderators", but there is no need to make an age requirement.

I can't support this either. I've met a lot of wonderful mature mods here that are under 13. If you can do the "job" properly and respectfully then let them do it. That's why Skyblock has the Trial Moderator position.

Yea.. just realized that now... kinda thought he was 12, oh well, nonetheless, Taylor is a good example, so is Sala, Jelly, etc., all good examples, all perfectly suited for the job.

You can't put a price tag on moderators just because of their age. There are many other things that factor in. Sure, most younger people tend to be less mature, but they're still learning. Starting from Age 10, you start to learn what is correct and incorrect. What is acceptable and what is not. Also, trust me, I've seen quite a few immature 13+ people out there. Other things that factor in are how active you are, how much you help and if your moderator application has effort put in it. Everyone should have a chance to become a moderator, even if they have a giggle or two at gross things. They always have time to change that behavior. Sometimes, it's just part of their personality and others just find it funny. You can't judge moderators upon their age. Demon and Sala (Hopefully :3) are great moderators even though they are quite young. Young people thing different from older ones, it gives diversity to the staff team and give s them a unique style of thinking.
