All I am going to say about this is that it might of not been indirect to him, but you still did say it. I was banned and demoted for basically the same thing, but I didn't make threats. I made an insult, I was venting just how you were. Yes you regret it, but you can't take back what you said. You need learn from your mistakes, what's done has been done, and that's it. Maybe in the future you'll see that things do get better and you don't have to have an outbreak. Yes, I do agree with Blaq on this, only because I've been in his shoes. I know what it's liken to have threats and they're not right. Take this mistake and utilize it. I know it sucks, but they were your words, so there for its your responsibility.

 

The Difference between your situation and mine is that what you sadi was about Cyp, and you were a moderator. Cyp was bascially your leader/boss. You and him are supposed to work together and be able to trust each other no matter what. The Staff Team is just that, a team. Plus, you arent this first mod that this has happened to. If you want to know what I mean by this. PM ms. For me, I said something about a mod, to a different mod. Then you, the friend of blaq, banned me on forums for Disrespect, when, what I said was on skype. And as so many other mods have said. Skype isnt Skyblock.This ban wasnt called for and has dragged on for too long.

CypriotMerks, I would like for you to take over this appeal. Whatever decision you make will be respected. In the case that you do not want to take over this appeal, please choose an unbiased moderator whom you trust to take over. And in that case, their decision will be respected.

Also, can a mod tag Cyp, his tags are the most confusing thing on the server. Some say he has them on. some say they're off. some say that staff tags are on.

Also, can we change the title to something that's more accurate. Like removed the second and third part and Leaving it at "Hoping Blaq's Family Would Die on Skype" Because thats what really happened and shouldnt continue to be distorted by blaq's misinterpretation.

 

Im serious about the title change. The title is wrong and if I change it blaq will just ban this account. I didnt threaten to kill or hack anyone. End of discussion.

To start, why did you feel that to use harassment, and disrespect to this extent was acceptable against anyone?

As a note, I do not want to hear that because this was said on Skype it is invalid evidence, as I have been given permission to keep you banned under this evidence if you cannot convince me otherwise.

I didnt say it directly to him. It was to a different person who did went and told Dewmellon, who then banned me. I had nver meant it as a threat, and I had never meant for him to see it.

Im not saying that because I didnt want him to see it that it was ok, It still isnt ok, but its been said. When I said it, my judgement was clouded by stupid frustration. Ive apologized as best as I can. I dont know what else I could do.

Jennie Copied and Pasted the messages between you two in Staff chat on forums, I took pictures of the messages, and sent them. ( sorry , that really didn't give much information)
