[Illegal item] poked [Penguin/merks] [Inactivity]

Well today I was minding my own business doing the Parkor course when a Mod Banned me I believe for what It said on the screen "Illegal items" I believe the item that I had was a Diamond Ore. I was wearing it as the /Hat.

The Mod that Banned me did not ask any question on how obtained this item. infact he didn't even talk to me at all. Just a straight out ban.
I then asked my friend if I could use his account to try and talk to this Mod and ask what I had done wrong and tryed to talk to him about it... "As I had no reason why I was banned in the first place apart from ^^ "Illegal items" So I asked him. He then Banned my friends account for it being an ALT Account which is now making him not being able to play... "If you don't believe that it was a friends account check the Ip log ins..

The question that I'm sure you would like to know is How i obtained this Diamond Ore. About 9-11 months ago "I can't quite remember I helped CypriotMerks do a add onto the /warp Mob area, And in return he gave me it.

The Moderator that banned me I believe was StrayanPenguin.

It would be great if I could be un-banned as I have just got back into the game and am really enjoying it again. If you feel that I should not be un-banned please consider un-banning my friend "JJ418"

i will handle this here, i know you wanted to on the server, i didnt want you to worry then try to hide the ore. I want to know why you have one, andy why its okay, these items are illegal to own now, not sure if you completely knew.

 

As I said... If you asked me on the server I would have happily explained it. But the reasoning behind why i have it is shown in the text above

 

as i said before, i didnt want to make you scared and try to hide the ore, its just a pre-caution, i will unban you as soon as merks sheds some light on this situation. i contacted him on skype.

If thats the case, then where did you get the ore from. I am giving you one chance, and once chance only to tell the COMPLETE truth about how you got it or you will loose all hopes of getting unbanned.
