"Dumb" rating adding to Neutral ratings rather than gone?

I looked at my ratings, and noticed that my neutral ratings are not added right.

The "Dumb" rating was removed a while ago, and my neutral ratings current show this:
10 + 4 + 3 + 6 = 23, 23 does not equal 34

I am curious, is the "Dumb" rating still affecting current neutral ratings (or is this on purpose)?

Note: This was in the bug reports, first half page of posts may seem weird for discussion.

Not as much a suggestion to make it not count as it is a possible bug.

 

Derpy me. I thought I was in suggestions.. xD and I though it said "Changing dumb to neutral," what was I thinking lol.

I believe any dumb ratings you've received still show on the post and still count towards your ratings, but they have removed the dumb rating from use. So.. it stays but u can't give out more.

No, I am naturally a curious person.

 

In this case, you can make a discussion topic asking what other peoples think, I don't believe it's necessary making a bug/exploit report.

Rating Abuse..

 

I realized how much it was abused. At least 6 are from me posting "No support" with like 3 sentences of reasons, and 4 from someone on a thread he made, then deleting the thread. (And one from Narcissa because she does not like doge).
