Hi Joe:

So, first and foremost, I want to compliment you on the application. It says a lot about your character, and is a good compilation and byproduct of your position in-game. However, there are a few things I'd like to address in the area of constructive criticism. Before I begin, a quick disclaimer. All content below is intended to instruct rather than hurt, and is intended to help turn you into a good potential Moderator for HellBlock. None of this is said out of spite. So...here we go. First and foremost, there's a certain standard of maturity that needs to be displayed by Moderators. While most of the time you'll display this standard of behavior, you'll sometimes slip up, and steer on immature and/or tentatively inappropriate for global chat conversations. While this is an occasional flaw in your appearance, it's one that you should definitely work on correcting. Next, I don't often see you take that "extra step". By that, I mean going the extra mile to help the player in question. I am not speaking of giving players items, which any HellBlock player can say you do without fail. Usually, you'll just say "Spamming is illegal" or "Replace stone with netherrack and sticks with bone." While you're certainly helpful to all players, you sometimes don't go the extra mile.

Be that as it may...I still 100% support this application. Joe is definitely active on the level he needs to be in order to be a staff member, and will rarely fault his behavior into an immature or otherwise unprofessional manner. He is on the whole, helpful, friendly, and one of the reasons I have decided to stay on the server. I don't believe perfection should be necessary in order to achieve staff, none of us is perfect. Joe will not disappoint as a Moderator. While there's certainly room for improvement, that's the case for everybody. I would personally like to see him as a Moderator.

Finally...for those of you who didn't read this whole post, here it is in a succinct fashion:

While Joe is imperfect, all things considered, he will do very well as a Moderator in my eyes.

First of all I would like to thank you for writing this incredibly long and detailed message. You have no idea how much it means to me .
