From what it seems like, I think you are trying for this too soon. I don't know what you did to make everyone not support you, but I've seen some examples, and it seems like you are not ready for this kind of responsibility. I have seen you help in-game, and I think you have potential, but wait until your repuatation is built up again before trying to get such an important position.

Pink is an administrator on my server. She knows a lot about being a moderator and does her job. I agree with everyone saying that she loses her temper too easily. But as she said she is working on it. I can vogue for her and guarantee she has the capability of moderating VERY well.

I don't play Net as often, and I was about to support because you seem like a nice person, until I saw how you responded to comments that only expressed opinion. Obviously you lose your temper far too quickly (that's not necessarily bad, it's just that you explicitly stated you wouldn't in your Mod application). Also, the way you treat other people who did not support your application is nothing short of being rude. I think you have a long way until you're mature for Mod, and that's not something to be ashamed of, because I also have that problem.

I'm working on it. It's just some people which I hate so badly from the past and are carrying on doing it. I'm working on the temper but I only lose it on the people which I hate cause of what they still are doing.

 

Moderators are supposed to be unbiased and fair in all situations. They are supposed to hide all previous situations and mark them as "moved on from" and only deal with what is given at that specific time.(and/or other times relating to the same incident-Past Griefs, etc.)

I think you need to elaborate more on your experience as a moderator in the appropriate sections. On the "Have you been banned before" section you need to explain what you learned from being banned and how you will never do it again. I hope you are ready for the responsibility of being a moderator and how much stress it can be. With a little editing an application can go a very long way.:cat
