[US]Jokata_z's Moderator Application

Read this, I suppose it's time for me to reapply for moderator again, as I have found the time to become much more active then I previously was, which was my "demise". This is a short and simple application just to explain why I want to become moderator once again on the server, so, bear with me.

Which timezone are you in? UTC -7
Which languages do you speak? I have a fluency in english, as you can tell, but I speak little spanish.
Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) No.
Why do you think you should be a mod? For one, I enjoy helping people on the server and making their day a little brighter. I know what I am doing. I have obtained more time to moderate the server then previous occurences with my past "roadblocks". I can put effort into the server by making sure it stays as enjoyable as possible for players on the server. I'm open to criticism, and I have a thick shell. I am not easily provoked by a local angered/provocative player. I would make sure to be open minded, not going about my own plans, angering others.
How long can you be active on the server every day? If I had to presume my time online whilst in this state. Probably 2-4 hours throughout the day, with breaks of course.
Now, due to me having activities going on throughout the day. I usually come on late at night in my timezone. By late, I mean very late.
Hours are dynamic. Unknown.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, I was a tmod on the server for approximately 7 months. I was demoted for inactivity.

As I said above, this is going to be nice a short compared to my first one. Do not judge based off the length of the application, but the content it already contains.

Also one last thing.
For those who think because I was inactive, I would not be proficient in my advance, I was going through an injury, a horrible one for that matter. That took me a few months to get used to. So, before you go off assume that I was never there for the community, and was not there to be as helpful as others, just make sure to recall an excruciating injury involving my larynx.

So, for those who are curious where I have been for what... the past few months?
Well, my problems are clearing up, and I have more time to do some moderating, rather then doing nothing, I have decided to make a slow, but steady comeback back into the community, my first time coming back, I enjoyed it, that was more than a year ago. The community I once came back to has changed drastically, it is not the same. I would still appreciate the opportunity to help it thrive.
