Villager Trade [.net]

I recently Got a spawner and i was really excited when i changed it to villager because i wanted to trade with them. But when i right click one, it doesn't work. I find this really annoying because i really only made the spawner villager to trade and to have company. Please Show Support I really need it catjimlad::jimlad::jimlad::writing::writing::writing:

no i didnt mean emeralds and they could make sure u cant get an emerald for 13 wheat[lol]

Cyp and Noob disabled villager trading for a reason. It is not going to come back anytime soon.

 

This is why they ban the Trade option.

 

If that was the trade for emeralds.. I'd be RICH.

Haven't you realized people trade emeralds for diamonds? It is usually 1 emerald for 1 diamond. I'm sure many people have villager spawners, like skygods and donors and mods. Sometimes, even nondonors trade for them. Don't you realize that people don't have infinite emeralds? Or else, like bobyfresh11291 said, ppl would be rich.

 

In a way this is true but it's also the fact that villager spawners aren't common only because they do nothing. After this emeralds wouldn't do so well in the economy due to people having a crap ton of resources to trade for emeralds especially the butchers trades because of warp animal

 

Wadda u mean they "aren't common"? Any and every spawner in skyblock can be easily changed to any type of mob(some exceptions b/c some are disabled). Essentially what that means is all the spawners could potentially be changed to villagers, or and other kind of mob not disabled.

Ya but how many people do you think actually have villager spawners atm mainly because they are useless so no one bothers changing their spawner to villager is what I was saying

 

but maybe every different villager could have a specific set of trades. for example, you could have the priest trading 1 emerald for one of our diamonds

 

The point of disabling trading with villagers was because that would ruin the economy. You could get emeralds really easily so they would be worth next to nothing.

 

The problem is as simple as that may sound to you a programmer would not be able to do that so easily it would require a lot of work plus that's still a bit broken As the trades would most likely generate normally after as well
