Not getting permissions @cypriotmerks

I'm a $50 donor. Although, I don't get some permissions, such as colorchat and /spawner. The mods have done what they said they could and said I just wasnt getting the permissions, and to tell an admin. Posting this here for that reason. Some proof here:
