Illegal trades, JailBreakMKTP, banned by Demon

Once again I am banned, and I think that's extremely vague. I've done nothing wrong again, and I have to submit my second appeal the day after I was unbanned.

1. Server name (.net / .org ): skyblock.net
2. In-game name: JailBreakMKTP
3. Full exact Ban Message: Banned for illegal trades -Demon
4. Did you read the rules ? I've read them four times, and still haven't broken one.
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I feel a presence of irresponsibility.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? Yes, I feel it is.
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Illegal trades that never happened.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I shouldn't have to explain again.

This was the first time. Shortly after you had appealed, I thought that you had learnt your lesson and I let you back onto the server. However, I was wrong. After I had unbanned you, oh, isn't it a coincidence that I found this?

I let you back onto the server, I trusted you. It seems I was wrong in doing so, as you did the exact same thing again. Oh, and I was able to get some logs from a chest on your island as well.

Would you like to explain yourself?

 

So I keep getting stuff and shoving it into multiple chests because I invite immature people to my isle that end up griefing me of my dirt. I decided to make a backup chest in case it happens again. That way I have supplies if my island is griefed again. Isn't it a smart thing to do?

 

In the last photo, in the chat, the second and last message. I find them funny.

 

And where would this "Back up" Chest be? If It was on your island, and you /newisland replace'd it, your backup chest would be deleted

 

No it is not.
New island farming/Illegal trades are against the server's rules, and I thought you would've known from your first ban. It is very clear to me you have not learnt from your mistake or made any difference what-so-ever.

 

I did not trade the items from my island.

Rule 1: I did not grief, steal, or bridge to other islands.
Rule 2: I did not ask staff for items.
Rule 3: I did not advertise any servers.
Rule 4: I never spammed or used any offensive language.
Rule 5: I Did not make a new island(s) just and JUST to trade everything on them.

I'm in the line of rules.

 

Now now, we all have to solve this together don't we?

 

I never had to learn a lesson from my mistakes because the first ban, there was stuff in the chest and I took the stuff.
The second ban, without my presence because of the first ban, it costed me my island. And within the line of rules, I did not break any.

 

This is something I feel right now, but I assume no-one would think the same.

Rule 8: Do not trade illegal-to-trade items
Offence Level: Medium
The server has lots of illegal items that can't be traded. The list is pretty big, so it can be over whelming. It is best to message a mod or donor if you are unsure if an item is illegal. This is the list and why. (This list is for .net, it is different per server)

1. Dirt (Starter item, you need to vote for more (you get grass blocks))
2. Sand based items [Sand, Sandstone, Smooth Sandstone, Chiseled Sandstone, Stairs Sandstone, TNT] (Starter item, donate to get a kit to get more) [Glass, Stained Glass, Glass Panes, Stained Glass Panes, and Glass Bottles are allowed on .Net. Only Glass bottles on .Org]
3. Gravel based items [Gravel, Flint, Flint and Steel] (Was a cheap item, and it can be used to kill AFK people at their island.)
4. Silverfish Spawn Eggs (Can be used to grief without creating logs)
5. Steve and Wither Skull Heads (Withers are self explanatory, they are bosses. Steve heads I am not sure, sorry)
6. Buckets [Lava, Water, Milk, Empty] (Starter item, get more by getting iron)
7. Sponge (Creative only, Legal on .Org only!)
8. Bedrock (They are creative only)
8. Mycelium (Expensive, Spreads to dirt)
9. [.org ONLY] Ice (Water does not freeze)
10. [.org ONLY] God Items (High Donor perk)
11. Podzol (Can become dirt, then grass

Like I said the first time, the first ban, I took items out of the chest. There were items in there and I took it.
For the second ban, when I returned to my griefed island (Rule 1: No griefing!) I realized that I could use the chests to put items in and I created myself a island backup. Practically & absolutely truthfully, the rules were never broken.

 

You performed yet another illegal act, which is /newisland farming, since you are xferring illegal items (Buckets, dirt, sand, etc) from your old island to skybase, then /newisland replaced, then xferred said illegal items from skybase to your island

This rule is rarely to ever broken. What is this rule you may ask? It is you are not aloud to make an island, sell/give away the legal items (see rule 7), then make another island, the repeat the process again and again. Why have it illegal? Well, it is a way for a person to get lots of wood, ice, and lava. No one likes illegitimately obtained items.

 

You guys ever play chess before? That's what this is turning into. I don't like it and I bet you guys don't either.
I obey the rules of servers, don't you understand? I NEVER disobey server rules. If I don't agree with a certain rule, I don't play on the server, but all the rules were and are obeyed by me on skyblock.net.
