Use Internet Explorer 11 (10 may work) or Google Chrome, right click a text, hit "Inspect Element" and play around with the texts... Not to hard.

Uh... it is hard to explain.

Right click an element (i.e., your rank [ORG Moderator]) and click Inspect Element. Then you will see this:
Anything in the > < can be changed (ORG Moderator), just double click in the spot, type something new, hit enter, then close the Inspect Element.
Couldn't tell if you were trolling or not, so I just told you anyway .

 

Yeah I used the inspect element tool to do those pictures glad I spooked a few people.
