[United Kingdom] Jaskdoesvideos, T-Mod Application!

Before you read this Mod application I would like to thank you guys for taking the time out of your busy day to read this application, it really means a lot to me. From what you guys told me from my last application I have improved and I am ready to apply once again! So I hope you enjoy reading my application. It would be highly appreciated if you could leave your feedback below and tell me the things you want me to improve on and the things you think I have done well on. If there is anything at all you dislike don't be scared to post it below, I don't bite =P!

I have put a lot of effort and time into this application so I hope you guys would post what qualifications you like about me and some stuff that you think I need to improve on, I am looking forward to hear your feedback! I will try my best not to constantly bump the application and keep the bumping to a low.
More information: My names Jask, I'm 13 and I live somewhere in Wales, I currently in Comprehensive. I started Skyblock in about 2012/2013, I was introduced to skyblock.net from a friend, and I instantly fell in love with the server, I have loved my time at Skyblock and will cherish it till the end of time, I have met so many nice people, donor or non-donor, and not only donors/non-donors I made friends with the staff, where would we be without the staff we have now, they are incredibly kind, and always willing to help, they a role-models to other player, who have the dream to one day be able to help other just like the were helped. Skyblock has been a truly and utterly amazing experience to me, and now I think it's about time I give back what Skyblock gave to me, kind-ship, friendship,laughter,fun and help. I am not changing my personality in this Mod application, everything I have wrote here is what I think I am doing well and bad at, I may not be perfect for the job but I think I will do a good job at keeping the rules enforced and ensuring players get the best experience they can humanly get at Skyblock!

I am willing to help every player no matter of what trouble they obtain, no matter how hard it will be to overcome it, I am ready to help those people who have helped me.

How old are you? 13, as young as it may sound, in my opinion I feel that I am very mature for my age. If you do think I am too young to become a Mod please do post your opinion towards my age.

What country do you live in? The United Kingdom, Wales to be specific.

Why do you think you should be mod? There are many reasons I think I am the right person for the job. We will start on what I'm known for my "No Acceptance Towards Differentiation" , what that means is I cannot bear any player bullying or intimidating a player because they are different, regardless of if they are being bulled because of their race,cast,gender,beliefs or religion, if I am lucky enough to catch a player bullying an other player because they are different it will reported. I am well aware of the original Skyblock "Code of conduct" and what I mean about that is I know which trades should be made and which should not, I am aware of the items that are illegal to trade, and I have a fair relationship with the Skyblock community, I know the basic and complicated issues that go on in a average day at Skyblock. A question I ask my self is "How would I feel if I was in their place?" to me those are words of motivation, being a Mod on a different server, I always had socialspy on, I would rarely see many people say threats, but a few times I had noticed players msg other players death threats, it was a faction server so I would think they were griefed, but, I never really expected players to stoop that low, so then began my words on motivation and then I had more confidence to investigate further into what happened, now what has that experience got to do with Skyblock I am aware that some players can get quite aggressive towards staff and other players and for some reason those words of motivation keep me ready to get involved. I would like to compare myself to a wall before it was built, I would slowly build and get stronger, but when words or thereat were threw at me that wall would tumble down, thanks to those threats and rude words that were threw at me I feel that I have become stronger and that wall is harder to break. Banning, Temp-Banning and muting, some of the serious parts of becoming a moderator, I usually like to discuss a matter before it leads to a ban or a mute, know both of the party's story's, to understand what both players experienced and feel, then I ban and discuss into more detail in the ban appeal. Muting, caps protection is a major problem at needs to be stopped in my opinion, I will give short mutes to players who do use caps protection and slowly try to ease this problem. Back to differentiation I respect both donors or non-donors, I do not only answer questions from donors but also non-donors, if I am asked in a really rude way I usually ask them to ask me nicely then I will help them, I do have a stage where I can get quite annoyed sometimes but I can keep it controlled, I will try my best to keep the rules enforced and keep the server in control. The Forums, I think I can be helpful on the forums
as well, I try to help people how have questions and, if I am free I usually look through the reports and ban appeals to think what would I do if I banned that player, how would I react? As well as keeping serious I have my fun side, which some find I should not have, but as serious as I can be there's a fun, jokey side of me, I like to take part in some games on the forums and post of my own challenges, here's some more good quail's about me.

• • Calm- My calm approach towards things can be quite helpful
  • Capitals- I can use something which some players cannot capitals
  • Trustworthy- I have been entrusted a few times to keep an eye on the chat whilst a mod goes AFK
  • Active- Being active in game, I am also very active in the chat, trying to keep order and keep things calm
  • Responsible- I understand that if I do become a mod a huge responsibility will be put on my shoulders I am ready for those.
  • Spelling- I don't say things like Its4today, to some people that may not make sense so I usually use Standard English in the chat,
  • Aware- I am aware of all the issues that I may encounter as a T-Mod
  • Will not abuse- I will not ban players if things will not go my way, I will only ban if necessary.
  • Past experience- In the past I was a prefect in school which let me to keep myself in control and know what to expect,
  • Know how to use log block, how to ban, Temp-ban and mute.

What qualifications do you have?
I was a Mod on a small server, which got about 20 players on at a time, in this time I learnt a vast amount of commands and how many people react toward things. It was a truly amazing experience but I resigned on my own will. It's a choice I regret but I had to make. But now I have a lot of spare time so I will be able to moderate in my spare time and make more use of my spare time.

I have been temp-banned once but it was sorted out, other than that I have a clean record =P!

Now, this I like. You know what, this I love. Very extensive application, and I know from personal experience that it reflects your personality ever so perfectly. On multiple occasions where I've been stretched for time and alone on the server, you've kept an eye on things to the best of your ability when I've had to take a break either for a cigarette or a trip to the toilet. You're an amazing member with strong ideals, an open and inviting attitude towards other members, and a clear vision of not only your own, but also the server's goals.

How to Improve:

-Dont write your application like this, it makes it a bit hard to read. In other words, formatting needs improvement
-I don't see you in-game. Not a real problem considering our timezone difference.

Good:

-Great written application. Does not sound "fake" at all
-Somewhat Popular in the community
-Timezone is better than a U.S. one
-Pretty much everything else

Know - how to use log block, how to ban, Temp-ban and mute.

Trust Worthy is one word (Trustworthy). Therefore "W" should not be capitalized.

Forgot to put the " - " after Know maybe put this in a seperate caterory like qualifications. A lot of other aspects you mentioned should be put under qualifications.

Also "un-capitalized" isn't a word but uncapitalized or made lower-case is correct grammar/a word.
