Well, I know. It's hard to say we can't do anything to help, and it's hard to explain with limited space. That's what's happening on Org, anyways.
Hmm. I try to keep up with all my messages. But sometimes you get spammed when dealing with something which occupies attention. But if they're chatting in global then that makes me wonder.
on .net the chat moves really fast for mods, it moves faster than the normal chat by about 4 times the speed. If you cannot get the attention of a mod try getting another or messaging them on the forums. We don't ignore you on purpose. :/
Hmm, so the mod was freely talking while you were asking for help? I'm going to send you a private message, can you please read it.
On .net we see EVERYTHING pretty much, we get notifications when people get banned, kicked and muted as well as seeing /msgs that are sent to other people, usually I'll be messaging someone to help them and then somebody else will message me and spam their message because I didn't answer within a minute. It's hectic on .Net I mean with the chat going at fast speed you have to focus on general whilst answering questions and it doesn't help when people ask us to enchant for them or do silly things like that, I'm sure all my fellow .Net staff members agree with me. I can't really put a point across for the other servers because I only moderated .org for a small amount of time and I've never really been on the other servers.
I agree! It's hard for Mods as it is, especially when the server is near full. Keep up the good work! As I said before it takes 2 hands to clap, people should SPAM less, and Mods should try to reply with a "Hang on" or something, which would prevent people from SPAMMing (in theory)
