Island deleted?

So today I introduced my friend to get on this server, I went to my island to dump all of my stuff in my chests and thought "hmm lets help him out and show him the basics" so I hop onto his island, tell him the basics of skyblock, as I leave I wanted to go back to my island to continue to build the platform I was working on so I type /home and it says that I don't have a home and that I need to create a new skyblock...
All of my hard work gone instantly...
All of my grass blocks also gone...
Someone PLEASE help me

If not you did /coop and that deletes your island.

but I asked people if that would delete my island and they all said it wouldn't
even mods/admins (I believe) said that..

When you use that command it deletes your island permanently.

This happened to me too! Yesterday I wanted to get on skyblock for a little visit, and I do /home, and I spawn in my old island! Now i'm worried my actual island is gone! (P.S Before yesterday, I wasn't online at least since the Justin Martin situation happened, so maybe thats part of the problem??)

Well than it didn't for me!
It only said something about "you have been invited for coop
type /coop accept or /coop deny"
I am 100% sure that it did not give me a warning!
