    2. In-game name: Leenabeans7
    3. Full exact Ban Message: Just says "connection lost"
    4. Did you read the rules ? Yes
    5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I stole stuff from a noobs island
    6. Was this an incorrect ban? No
    7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? No
    8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I will not steal again I just really love this server and im so sorry I also just payed $30 dollars im so sorry I will stop

    First, don't include donations in your appeal, it is considered a bribe.
    Secondly, please don't refer to other players as "noobs", this is supposed to be serious, and we expect you to treat it as such.

    And you were banned for a chargeback, close the chargeback to be unbanned.

    im so sorry by noobs I meant people who just started their island I just love skyblock so much I will do anything to play it again

    the only reason I wanted minecraft in the first place was because of skyblock which my brother SWmaster16 told me it was a great server ive been board all weekend because of no skyblock I read the rules I don't mean to bribe u I just really love the server

    no we were double charged on the credit card. there was one reversal. shall we reverse the 2nd charge and re-pay? Please advise. I tried numerous times via emails to skyblock to let them know & there was no response! If you need both copies of the receipt, happy to submit

    Like I said, close the charge back that you have going, to be unbanned.

    Hi McMuffin, this is her mom. There are 3 charges to our credit card. 2 for my son( because 1 charge was made & your server still did not give him donor status after 72 hours had passed from paying) & 1 for my daughter. I have all 3 receipts to show for it. There was 1 reversal for the payment that was made to the server & our son was not given the donor status. Therefore, the CC company reversed the charge (They may have accidentally reversed the charge that was applied to her user name). Now we have 2 valid payments to be a part of your server for our kids & now you have banned our daughter. I will have to have the CC company reverse a 2nd charge if you cannot re-admit her. If you need to see all 3 receipts, please provide an email address to send it to. I would like to resolve this ASAP. I will call the CC company to reverse all charges if I have to. Currently, you have 2 payments that are valid (one for our son & one for our daughter). I respectfully ask that you re-admit her or I will call the CC company later this afternoon. Thank you!

    oh when I said greifing I meant my friend I told him to play skyblock he said yes and then he did not like it so he told me to break his blocks so I guess it wasn't exactly greifing

    I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do. I apologize that the first transaction went wrong, but instead of making another purchase, you could have posted under the help section and we would have gladly helped you. Unless, you close those charge backs, you will not be allowed back on the server.

    McMuffin- we did send several emails to the email address listed on the paypal receipt to: [email protected] & also sent them to: [email protected] and no response. I've sent them numerous times along with the receipts from paypal and NEVER received a response!!!! I've also posted in help forums and NEVER got a response. Please reinstate the donor status or all the other charges made will be reversed today! This is too time consuming to continue to argue. We've paid $90 in donor fees and this is unacceptable! Please respond ASAP. Thank you
