You suggested to ask max about your behavior (which we would have never done in the first place) and he took the liberty to post his opinion about this appeal.

 

Not to be rude but you didn't ban Xita, it's up to Andrew to decide on the ban unless he told you to unban him.

 

Could u ban him again? Im not on a computer to do so. As u said this is andrew's ban.

 

I know but if it was an unfair ban then It's all good for him to unbanned. Since Andrew banned him I think he should have the right to decide on the appeal unless he allowed another staff to take over the appeal. Like I said, I wasn't being rude >.>

 

Andrew never unbanned him. Riyer did. Andrew didnt allow any other staff member to resolve this ban. Andrew already decided christmas as the unban day. No other mod has a right to interfere with andrews decision. If you are not going to ban him again then i will the second i get home.

 

K. I'm going to let Andrew know on skype to decide on this appeal if he's going to unban him now or christmas day.

 

I was under the impression that he was unbanned by another mod. I saw xita online earlier today. I will ban him, to be unbanned on christmas day.

Well Gwism isn't supposed to unban him either. Andrew is the only one (apart from Creekz, Crew, or Luke) make the final decision. We can merely give our opinion about this.

I told Gwism in .org the whole situation and he decided to e-mail an admin (don't know who)
In a matter of minutes later he said: 'Okay what is your ing' then I was unbanned.

My holiday ends on the 26th and the I only have one day to play before school begins again
Please you can punish me in other ways like /killing me the whole time but this is really sad for me and people that like it if I'm on.
I've got nothing to do now so I'm just trying get my friends to .org but .org is down now so I have even less to do
