These forums, how much did they cost...?

I was curious on how much these forums cost to start, run, and maintain. I am the co-owner of a Roblox Group that has lots of people who get banned, want to give suggestions, etc, but our wall is hard to maintain since there is no way to sort them.
Also, our shout system is unreliable. It could take 24 hours for someone to get something and it has a very small limit of characters.

get IP.B it's a onetime fee and the software is 10000000% better.

Hosting depends on how large the forum is.

Having 10k people you'd get slumped with around a $300 monthly bill.
