i think i have been banned again, i think it is a mistake?

i got banned yesterday, it got appealed this morning - i came online at 9:34pm and i am banned again
is this a mistake??? i have not done anything since except building on our island so what could have happened?

ah i tried going online on the server when it was 500/500 i think
once again thanks for you and livvy unbanning us today, it means alot
