Why do you think you should be a mod?

I think that I should become a Mod because I know the server's rules, and I already spend quite a bit of time helping the new users out in chat. Skyblock has already made an incredible name for itself as being one of the best servers around, and I'd like to help contribute to the already exemplary Mod team!

Responsible: I'm responsible, and trustworthy. I was a supervisor for 2 years at my last job doing technical support for 3 different websites. I managed a team of technical support operators, ensuring they provided a quality experience to our end users.

Experienced: I'm able to withstand plenty of stress whilst maintaining my composure. I don't let frustrating users get me down.

Motivated: I'm very motivated to become a moderator, I've been dedicating hours everyday to answering questions in chat, and helping new users out.

Active: I've already shown how active I am on the server, I spend hours online everyday, while maintaining a full time job and being a full time student.



How long can you be active on the server everyday? Right now I'm on for probably 4-5 hours a day. That number fluctuates a bit when final exams come around, but that's what I'm usually on for.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? A couple buddies and I made a small server once, but nothing compared to the size of this one.

A bit of background about myself, for those who don't already know:

I'm 22 years old, born and raised in Louisiana. I'm a Senior at Louisiana State University majoring in Construction Management, and double minoring in Business Administration and Technical Sales. I work for a construction company as an Assistant Industrial Estimator. I spend my spare time playing video games, fishing, camping, and plenty of other things. I do a lot of computer work on the side to make some extra cash, and I worked doing technical support for a few different government websites for a few years.

When I have a bit more time I'm going to update my app to be more in-depth. Now that I finished final exams I'm only working, so I should have more time soon.

 

over the past few days on the Skyblock.net server, more than any other donors King has been basically moderating as a donor, ex. telling people dirt or bucket trade is illegal or telling people how to create/replace their current island. King would make a great moderator and would be a great addition to Skyblock's moderator team.
