Lost my Island? Help

Hey i logged on today and was building a Monster spawner and i did the command /home and it started me on a new island with no items. I have been working on that other island for a while not and had a good bit of stuff. So i thought maybe il get my friend to reinvite me so i left the coop and he logged on and invited me but the same thing happened to him whenever he did /home. I dont know what to do if a mod could help me out here that would be great.

Did you use any commands prior, or did your coop use any commands to reset the party?

well i was the leader and was the only one on at the time and i fell off my platform and did home so i'd die with my stuff at base and it started me at new island and i lost all i had on me

 

Was anyone else in coop? Do you have island coordinates?

 

Yes, there were two other people in the co-op at the time. They were HaileyEric and Giyx.

The coordinates of the island are

f: 2 (north) / 155.40076

i didnt know which one so i gave mostly all
