As far as I know it should be pretty clear that it's not legal to get people to give you their /newisland items..
If you took the time to read the rules that is constantly broadcasted then you wouldn't have ran into the problem. The rules are ALSO located at /warp faq.
Because the mod who banned him is not replying and it will be unfair to keep him banned. In addition the user has failed to respond to this thread. I am willing to give the user a second chance. All offenders are caught and dealt with rather quickly so if he decides to go about committing the same offense again, his appeal(s) can and will be archived without a second thought.
